【摘要】:1.1Thisguidecoversproceduresforobtaininglaboratorydataconcerningtheacuteeffectsofatestmaterialonembryosandtheresultinglarvaeofechinoidembryos(seaurchinsandsanddollars)duringstatic48-to96-hexposures.TheseprocedureshavegenerallybeenusedwithU.S.EastCoast(ArbaciapunctulataandStrongylocentrotusdroebachiensis)()andWestCoastspecies(Strongylocentrotuspurpuratus,S.droebachiensis,andDendrasterexcentricus)().ThebasicproceduresdescribedinthisguidefirstoriginatedinJapanandScandanavia(),andparallelprocedureshavebeenusedwithforeignspecies,especiallyinJapanandtheMediterranean().Theseprocedureswillprobablybeusefulforconductingstaticacutetoxicitytestswithembryosofotherechinoidspecies,althoughmodificationsmightbenecessary.1.2Othermodificationsoftheseproceduresmightbejustifiedbyspecialneedsorcircumstances.Althoughusingproceduresappropriatetoaparticularspeciesorspecialneedsandcircumstancesismoreimportantthanfollowingprescribedprocedures,theresultsoftestsconductedbyusingunusualproceduresarenotlikelytobecomparablewiththoseofmanyothertests.Thecomparisonofresultsobtainedbyusingmodifiedandunmodifiedversionsoftheseproceduresmightprovideusefulinformationconcerningnewconceptsandproceduresforconductingacutetestsstartingwithembryosofechinoids.1.3Theseproceduresareapplicabletomostchemicals,eitherindividuallyorinformulations,commercialproducts,orknownmixtures.Withappropriatemodifications,theseprocedurescanbeusedtoconductacutetestsontemperature,dissolvedoxygen,andpHandonsuchmaterialsasaqueouseffluents(seealsoGuideE1192),leachates,oils,particulatematter,surfacewatersandsediments().Renewaltestsmightbepreferabletostatictestsformaterialsthathaveahighoxygendemand,arehighlyvolatile,arerapidlytransformedbiologicallyorchemicallyinaqueoussolution,orareremovedfromtestsolutionsinsubstantialquantitiesbythetestchambersororganismsduringthetest.1.4Resultsofacutetoxicitytestswithechinoidembryosshouldusuallybereportedasthe50%effectconcentration(EC50)basedonthetotalabnormallydevelopedembryosandlarvae.Insomesituations,itmightonlybenecessarytodeterminewhetheraspecificconcentrationisacutelytoxictoembryosorwhethertheEC50isaboveorbelowaspecificconcentration.1.5Thisguideisarrangedasfollows:1.6ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitations.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection7.

本标准描述租用电路上使用GB3454互换电路和GB/T 15125 25插针连接器进行数据传输的备用操作实施方法。在租用线路上不再可能进行数据传输的情况下，本标准满足了提供备用设施能力的不断增加的需求。本标准不排除使用任何方法将数据传输从租用线路自动切换到备用设备。本标准还区分应答站和呼叫站。
