【摘要】:Thistestmethodwillpermittheusertomakecomparisonsofimagequalityandmachineperformanceforthermalpaper.Thistestmethodisnotintendedformanufacturingcontroltesting.Thistestmethodisdesignedtotestonlythermalpapersdesignedforusewithfacsimilemachines.Thetestmethodisnotappropriatefortheevaluationofthermalpapersdesignedforusewithcalculators,chartrecorders,andotherthermalprinters.1.1Thistestmethodcoversastandardizedprocedureutilizingthefacsimilethermalprinterasanimagingdeviceformeasuringtheperformancepropertiesofdirectthermalpaper.1.2Thistestmethodmayalsobeusedtoevaluatesomeimagingpropertiesoffacsimileprinters.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Foraspecificwarningstatement,see9.1.
