【摘要】:ThispartofISO/TR12391isasummaryandcompilationofthetestresultsobtainedduringthedevelopmentofthe"Flawed-CylinderBurstTest".TheconceptanddevelopmentoftheflawedcylinderbursttestisdescribedinISO/TR12391-1.Thetestisamethodforevaluatingthefractureperformanceofsteelcylindersthatareusedtotransporthighpressure,compressedgases.InthispartofISO/TR12391,testresultsarereportedforseveralhundredflawedcylinderburstteststhatwereconductedonseamlesssteelcylindersrangingintensilestrengthfromlessthan750MPauptoabout1400MPa.Thistestmethodhasbeenshowntoreliablypredictthefractureperformanceofseamlesssteelcylinders.Thetestmethodisintendedtobeusedbothfortheselectionofmaterialsanddesignparametersinthedevelopmentofnewcylinderdesignsaswellasforanefficientqualitycontroltesttobeusedduringtheproductionofcylinders.

【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricallyoperatedcommercialgriddlesandgriddlegrillsnotintendedforhouseholduse,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesconnectedbetweenonephaseandneutraland480Vforotherappliances.NOTE101Theseappliancesareusedforexampleinrestaurants,canteens,hospitalsandcommercialenterprisessuchasbakeries,butcheries,etc.Theelectricalpartofappliancesmakinguseofotherformsofenergyisalsowithinthescopeofthisstandard.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbythesetypesofappliances.NOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat–forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;–inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthoritiesandsimilarauthorities.NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–appliancesdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;–appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);–continuousprocessappliancesforthemassproductionoffood;–grillersandtoasters(IEC60335-2-48);–appliancesincorporatinginductionheatingsources.
